We’re a strong, committed team focused on leveraging our strengths. Process automation has boosted our productivity, allowing us to focus on field work. Consistent planning and execution have driven our success, achieving targets for the last three consecutive years.

Our core challenges are talent retention, effective planning, and realistic expectations. We address these through strong employee engagement (ranked #4 in KSA), adaptable planning with contingencies, and fostering a belief in achievable goals.
